I don't usually leave reviews, but Punjabi Dhabi deserves it. This place is seriously next level. Every time I come here, the food blows me away. Their curry is unreal - packed with flavor, perfectly balanced, and you can just tell it's made with a lot of love and skill. The rice? Hands down the best I've ever had. It's not just a side here - it's part of the whole experience. And if you're even thinking about dessert, the rice pudding is a must. It's insanely good - rich, smooth, just sweet enough. Honestly, everything I've tried here has been amazing. Totally worth the drive, no matter where you're coming from. Punjabi Dhabi has real soul, and it shows in every bite. Highly recommend.

Food was awesome, the location ids off yhe highway, not suitable gor s date night, but food was just "punjabi", must try.

The food is great! Real Punjabi We ate the goat curry with rice and yellow daal with paneer toast. The drinks were chai and mango lassi. The service was kind and helpful. The ambiance was utterly American with an Indian twist.... When in need of Indian food on I40 near Kingman... This is the spot!!!!

Since my last review, I have come to this restaurant/truck stop many times. I honestly cannot rate this place high enough. Yes it is that good, and I am very picky about Indian food. I was just here a couple of days back, and ordered the goat curry, the chicken curry, the matar paneer (peas and ricotta cheese), the lentil dal, the side yogurt dish, and the rotis (flat bread). Literally every dish was exceptional. I shared the dishes with my family and they cannot wait for me to take the next 300 mile trip out there again. lol I drove 75 miles out of my way back from Sedona to come here, and don't regret it for a minute. I highly recommend this place if you are anywhere near close to here. It's a truck stop, so it's not the most scenic place, and you will have to speak a little slower, as I get a feeling they don't get a lot of non Indians coming here. Run, don't walk to this place if you like Indian food.

What a diamond in the rough! Took a road trip from Vegas to AZ....got hungry, hopped on Yelp and found the killer reviews on Punjabi! Walked into a very casual restaurant, ordered at the window and received some of the BEST chicken curry, roti, and paratha I've ever had at ANY Indian restaurant I've been to. Service was quick and the owners were so kind! Definitely not a formal restaurant by any means but they had a few tables and chairs to sit at. This is right next to a semi truck parking lot.

Excellent food. Great location. Owners are very nice and welcoming. Perfect hole in the wall for homemade Indian food. Stop here, you will not be disappointed

Delicious, simple food served piping hot. I stopped here on the way to Las Vegas airport from Monument Valley and was so glad I did. We ordered the rice and chicken curry combo and one aloo paratha and tea. The paratha was my favorite. It came with a generous knob of butter, some sour yogurt and chilly pickle and was really tasty. The chicken wasn't overly greasy though it was a bit spicy. The portions were generous and I left feeling full and happy. They have limited seating options inside and a few seats outside. The service was quick and the place has a homey ambience.
